2. HOW LONG DO WE RETAIN YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
We may keep Personal Data in servers and systems owned or controlled by Infinite Capacity or processed by third parties on behalf of Infinite Capacity™, by reputable cloud-service providers and other such service providers located in the United States.
The retention periods set in compliance with the GDPR are the following:
Personal Data linked to the purchase will be stored for at least 10 years to comply with tax and civil law, unless specific legal defense needs in court require a retention for a longer time.
The Personal Data provided by the User to request assistance and information will be kept for the period of time strictly necessary to handle the request.
The Personal Data provided for marketing and profiling purposes are kept for the period of time necessary due to the specific processing and up to a maximum of 7 years, in line with the relevant sector.
