(Mexico - $30 flat rate to cover VAT & Duty fees).
Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed & verified, and an additional 7-14 business days for delivery.
We are not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen goods as well as holiday delays, bad weather, incorrect addresses, or any delays caused by third party shipping companies. The shipping address cannot be modified after order is dispatched. All shipments are insured and the buyer assumes all responsibility of claims made with the shipping carrier.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
When the order is tendered to the courier, you will receive an email from our customer service crew providing the tracking number related to the order. To monitor the status of your order, you may visit the courier website and insert the tracking number in the “track your shipment” area. If you have not received a tracking number within 5 business days of your order, please email our crew service@infinitecapacityclothing.com
WASH & CARE INSTRUCTIONS
All garments & accessories from our store are machine washable.
DO NOT use DRYER for any BUTTERFLY garments, Please air dry or take to cleaners.

WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER?
A pre-order is the investment of an item that is not yet released for sale but will be soon. Pre-order items are shipped upon the arrival of the products in the warehouse as they are available to the public.
With pre-order purchases, credit cards are debited at the moment the order is placed. For orders with available items and pre-orderable items, shipment will happen in 2 different phases: available merchandise will be shipped with selected shipping methods. Pre-orderable items will be shipped right after items are available in stock.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS?
All sales are final.
Our small business crew usually makes each collection in limited quantities & some piece are made per order so we are able to pay close attention to the small details. We are not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen goods.
Exchanges are accepted within 7 days from receiving your order if order has questionable damage or the wrong size. To set up an exchange please reach out to us first at service@infinitecapacityclothing.com.
We strongly recommend that you book your exchange within 3 days of receiving your order to ensure that it arrives back in time.
